On saturday 6th and sunday 7th lunches will be held in restaurants which will offer special fares for cammies. Look here for directions.

Timetable
Friday, March 5th
from 3pm: castle opens, check in, site setup, open bar (alcoholics have to be paid for)
from 7pm: cold buffet, makeup, photos, videos
9.30pm: briefing
10pm: Game in
2am: Game out and cold buffet
by 4am: Castle closes

Saturday, March 6th
1pm: free lunch at “Dar Pennazza” restaurant, near the castle (10-15 €)
from 3pm: castle opens, site setup, open bar (alcoholics have to be paid for)
3.30pm-6.30pm: associates meeting
from 7pm: cold buffet, makeup, photos, videos
9.30pm: briefing
10pm: Game in
2am: Game out and cold buffet
by 4am: Castle closes

Sunday, March, 7th
1pm: free lunch at “La Boheme” restaurant, Rome (10-15 €)

How much is it? Where do we sleep?
Everyone will pay 45 €: the cost includes sleeping in a nearby hotel or with roman cammies.

Sleeping
Cammies who will book by February 13th or non-cammies hosts can get a bed at a special price at Hotel Sylvan, in double or triple room, B&B, for 25€ a day. In order to check the availability, please send an email to carnalia@camarillaitalia.it.

-Name & Surname
-Chapter
-Wether you’re moving with a car or not: YES/NO
-Booking for Friday 5th: NO/ON MY OWN/CAMARILLA (write CAMARILLA if you need a bed)
-Booking for Saturday 6th: NO/ON MY OWN/CAMARILLA
-Where do you want to sleep: if you state “Camarilla”, then specify either “hotel” or “cammies”
-Saturday lunch YES/NO
-Sunday lunch YES/NO

Booking rules
- book by Feb 13th: you’ll get 5 PP. Every non-Roman cammy will get 15PP. If you move with your own car, you get 10PP more. If you book after Feb 13th, we won’t be able to assure you a bed.
- your booking is confirmed when you pay your 45€ fee. We won’t accept bookings after March 1st.
- if you provide to your lodging on your own & you book by Feb 13th, you’ll pay 30€ instead of 45€ and will get 10PP more
